Well, you may ask why are these Realtors I don't know giving their own testimonial. The truth is that we followed the advice we give our clients for our own personal home sale. We sold our own home in a "strong" buyer's market.  We didn't put it on the market until July (well after the main selling period of the year).  We sold it in 11 days.  Other homes in the area were averaging 120 or more days. We got a good offer and made it work.
